Jun 14, 2020 · Otherwise, it’s not very good. Ultra isn’t very well liked because of how obvious of a crash grab it is and the really scummy marketing, and the darts are very overpriced. It stinks that Nerf made possibly the best sidearm they’ve ever made but it has a lot of issues. I hope they remake it in Elite form. 3.

Dec 26, 2021 · Even though the voltage is lower, NiMH batteries output boatloads more current than alkalines, so the motors in the Ultra Select will do better under load, i.e. when you're holding the firing trigger. At worst, your first shot when the motors are at full speed will be a little slower, but the following shots will all be at a consistent velocity.

Feb 10, 2020 · When the dart is off axis, the side walls of the dart are also in the airstream. Nerf was never trying to innovate with the Ultra darts, they were just trying to make something proprietary that the could slather in marketing buzzwords. Also, the fact that the darts don't come out straight is just inexcusable.

May 6, 2022 · Accustrike Ultra is 80cents a round. Compare to Nerf brand Rival at around 60cents a round and AccuRounds at 80cents generally (although I did see a single listing for a 50pack for $21.59, or 40ish cents a round which is incredible here). Nerf brand Mega hangs around a dollar a dart.
